Your 75-minute Discovery Session will help you discover your movement potential through the ZN Approach. By the end of this first session, you will have new (more efficient) strategies for the functional movements you care to improve + 2-3 “homework” exercises to practice between sessions.
You will build on these foundations & homework exercises EVERY WEEK for 3 weeks.
You will have a whole new perspective on body connection and movement potential by the end of this 3-session series.
