Prepare for a successful event
Check out the following tips for a seamless experience
2-hour Remote Presentations
-
Plan to coordinate & schedule your client demos to arrive no later than 60 minutes into the presentation & stay for the remaining duration of the presentation.
We will need 1-2 client demos for this presentation.
-
Remote presentations can be tricky in that the ideal location of the screen for you to see me, and the ideal location of the camera for me to see you, may be different. I recommend broadcasting the presentation on a larger screen/TV if possible and framing the camera at the “spotlight” demo.
I will have my microphone, but it can be challenging to hear participants if they are far away from the computer. It’s helpful to sit close to your microphone & adjust your Zoom audio settings minimize background noise.
-
Create enough space for all staff to move - yes, you’ll be getting a little workout too!
Lay out enough floor mats for clients to work on - tables are not ideal.
Help clients transfer to the floor as soon as they arrive to optimize our demo/lab time.
-
I'll share a list of props needed for lab at the beginning of our broadcast.
