Spoiler - you don’t need fancy pilates equipment to do pilates. In fact, Pilates was designed to be done on the Mat, and then refined with equipment. So you’ll have the best shot at learning true integration and pilates principles in this format.

What you need for class:

  • Squish Ball or 9” inflated ball

  • Fitness sliders or towels

  • 9 foot Theraband with loops tied on the end

  • Place to anchor your band with ample mat space in front (see photo below)
